Our Origins
Our journey began in 2017 when Avomo Cargo was founded by Luis Francisco Ondo. Luis has shaped the company’s vision and strategic direction, leading Avomo with a focus on innovative logistics solutions and customer satisfaction.
In 2017, Avomo secured a pivotal contract to represent Ethiopian Airlines, a milestone that enabled us to establish our first warehouse. This foundational move has set the trajectory for over 7 years of growth.
More recently, Avomo Cargo has installed a state-of-the-art scanning machine and received an RA3 certification from a certifying body in the European Union. This combination has enabled us to serve even more businesses and move their cargo through customs with greater security and safety.
Today, many companies we serve are in the Oil & Gas and logistics industries. In addition, we work with any company that needs to move cargo into or out of EG.

LUIS ONDO
Director General
He began his career in the logistics business 20+ years ago after studying at the University of Madrid. While working with logistics companies in Equatorial Guinea, Luis had a dream of providing a reliable way for farms and other local businesses in EG to export various agricultural goods and other cargo to the EU.
He established Avomo Cargo as a GSSA for Ethiopian Airlines in Equatorial Guinea and secured a warehouse on airport property. Under his leadership, Avomo Cargo has thrived. The company has installed a state-of-the-art scanner and received its RA3 certification from a certifying body in the European Union, allowing Avomo Cargo to expedite exporting from Equatorial Guinea. Luis has invested back into the country to allow local businesses to become global exporters.
